This Mid Century Modern Dresser was a fun creation collaboration. Every aspect of this piece was thoroughly thought out.
Creating and designing furniture like this piece is one of my favorite things to do. I always start a design like this with a sample piece. Painted a piece of wood with General Finishes Basil Milk Paint once dried lightly distressed and then glazed with watered down General Finishes Waterbase Stain – Graphite.
Updating furniture with handles can revive your furniture. New paint and hardware can drastically change the look of a piece of furniture. There are so many different handles that can bring out the type of style you are going for. Styles like, industrial, farmhouse, cottage, boho and more.

This is one of my favorite Upcycles. Converting a desk into matching nightstands.

Every spring my hubby sets out for a local auction. He gets up super early and spends his day there. This year I actually got to go with. While we waited for the items we wanted to bid on Dave (the hubs) told me how when he was a kid he would go with his […]
Meet our old kitchen table bench. We just got a new table and instead of ditching this girl I decided to give her a facelift. Why not do some upholstery.

This dresser was sitting in my garage for some time, I needed to figure out what to do with it. I searched for upcycled dresser ideas, thats when the idea came to me.
